1. The provision to get books by post through this website is for the students residing in India only. Provision to get books by post through this website or Doaba House is available for any address abroad.
2. The books mentioned/ Displayed at this site are only the Text Books/ Help Books/ Reference Books/ Guides based on the syllabus of English Literature, Educational and Competitive Books for M.A. (Hons), B.A. (Hons), M.Ed.; B. Ed; N.T.T., D. El. Ed., E.C.C.E., and D.P.S.C.; For the optimum results, please prefer the university recommended and prescribed Textbooks/ Study Material only.
3. For Students, Payment is accepted via Cash and Digital Wallets only, and for Booksellers and Institutes, Payment accepted via cash, Bank Draft, through Bank and cheque. (Subjected to Encashment of Cheque)
4. All Terms, Matters & Disputes Subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
5. Prices are subject to change without any prior notification.
6. Books are provided at the customer‚ own risk and responsibility. Merchants are not answerable for any harms, deficiencies after conveyance or despatch from their office. 
7. An order can't be changed after it has been executed.
8. Supply of Books is subject to availability of Stock & Publication of the Particular Book / Topic.
9. The firm will not be responsible in case there is any delay in delivery by the courier services.
10. All the postal charges, handling charges, packing & packaging charges would be charged extra other than the cost of books.
11. Complaints will be entertained if filed within five days after receipt of books.
12. In case of any dispute regarding the books bought from Doaba House or any error or defect in a particular book, the maximum anyone can claim from Doaba House is just the price he/she had paid to Doaba House to purchase that specific book.
13. Any ONLINE Sale, Resale & Display (Cover Page or any Inner Page) of "Doaba House" (Published by "Doaba House") on any Website, Web Portals, Online Shopping Sites, like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Snapdeal, etc. is strictly Not permitted without prior written permission from Doaba House. Any such online sale, Resale & Display (Cover Page or any Inner Page) by an individual, Company, Dealer, Bookseller, Book Trader or Distributor will be termed as ILLEGAL SALE and copyright as well as Trade Mark infringement of Doaba House and will invite legal action against the seller, re-seller and the website owner and administrator.
